Get in Touch
Once you’ve looked over the website and have determined that a personal blogger is right for you, contact me so that we can make a plan for your blog. We’ll figure out things like posting schedule, word count, keywords, and personal workflow. If you have questions or specific requests, don’t hesitate to ask. I’m here to help!
Website Login
Most clients find it easiest for me to post content directly to their blog. This is a great way to save yourself the hassle of formatting and publishing each post. All you have to do is send me the username and password for your website, or add me as an administrator. Your login information is strictly confidential and will never be shared without permission.
Images
If there are specific images you’d like to display with your blog post, you can either post them directly to your blog and save it as a draft (I’ll go in and add the text later), or share the pictures with me via Dropbox or Google Drive. If you don’t have photos but would like to include some, I can find appropriate royalty-free photos for a small additional fee.
Topic and Information
Let me know what you’d like your posts to be about and I will get to work! If you have resources you’d like me to use as a starting point, feel free to pass those along. This is especially helpful if you’re looking for an informational blog post. For example: “Back to School Backpack Safety Tips” or “How to Cultivate a Healthy Relationship with Social Media.”
Approve
Your blog post will be ready in 1-3 business days. Once it’s finished, you’ll have the opportunity to look it over and request any changes. As soon as I get the okay from you, I can publish the post directly to your website. If, after a few weeks, you feel comfortable with our workflow and don’t feel the need to approve each post individually, let me know. RedFox Blogging services is happy to manage your blog for you, making it a truly hassle-free experience.
Payment
It’s easy to pay for RedFox Blogging services. You can choose to pay via check or PayPal. (Please note that an additional 5% charge applies to all PayPal transactions to cover their service fees.) An invoice will be sent to you at the beginning of each month for work completed and approved during the previous month, and payment is due 30 days from then.
